- Application - Use this application if you did not submit either an AMCAS or AACOMAS application. Your resume/CV, personal statement, official transcripts, letters of recommendation, and MCAT scores will be required to complete your application.
- AMCAS Quick Application - Use this quick application to upload a copy of your AMCAS application only if you submitted an application through the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS). Since the AMCAS application contains your personal statement, CV, and MCAT scores, you will not need to submit additional information at this stage of the process.
- AACOMAS Quick Application - Use this quick application to upload a copy of your AACOMAS application only if you submitted an application through the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOMAS). Since the AACOMAS application contains your personal statement, CV, and MCAT scores, you will not need to submit additional information at this stage of the process.

Application Procedures
- Application Process: Applicants must submit a completed application form, CV, official transcripts from all schools attended, MCAT scores, two letters of recommendation (one academic and one professional in nature), and a personal statement (not more than 750 words). Proof of English language proficiency for non-native English-speaking students can be met by taking either the TOEFL or the IELTS tests.
- Evaluation Process: The admission committee will evaluate each application based on the abovementioned criteria. Applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be invited for an interview.
- Interview Process: The admission committee will interview the applicants. The interview process will assess the applicant’s personal qualities, communication skills, and motivation for pursuing a career in medicine.
- Admission Decision: After the interview process and presentation of the candidate to the admission committee, the admission committee will decide to admit, reject, or conditionally admit the applicant.
- Conditional admission may require the applicant to complete additional Harvard HMX courses or meet requirements before starting the program.
- Acceptance: Applicants admitted to the program must accept the offer of admission and pay a non-refundable deposit by the deadline.
